Overview
ZionMart is a contract project: a multi-vendor marketplace platform built for African businesses, with three distinct user personas: Admin, Customer, and Vendor. I was brought in as the Product Manager to own the complete product lifecycle from initial discovery through to final handover.
The Problem
The client needed a marketplace that could handle complex multi-persona flows (vendors listing products, customers purchasing, and admins managing disputes, payouts, and platform health) without a clear product brief or established process to follow.
My Approach
I led full user research across all three personas to map goals, pain points, and critical flows. From that I produced a comprehensive PRD and FRD suite covering every feature with Gherkin-based acceptance criteria. I facilitated stakeholder sign-off sessions, built milestone plans with clear delivery gates, ran weekly meeting notes to maintain alignment, and wrote the final handover note to transfer ownership to the engineering team.

Impact
Delivered a production-ready platform with clear documentation, zero ambiguity in scope, and full stakeholder alignment. The platform is pending client-side deployment.
